Agreement
By downloading or using Word Search you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple EULA”). If these terms conflict with the Apple EULA, these terms apply to the extent permitted. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
XIONG ZHANZHI grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or distribute the app except as allowed by law.
Purchases
Purchases are made through Apple and are subject to the App Store terms. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. You can restore non-consumable purchases on your other devices using the same Apple Account.
Virtual items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and are licensed, not sold, to you.
Coins earned from tasks, watching ads, daily login and daily quests stay on the device. They are not restored if you delete the app or move to another device. Gems bought in the app are saved to the Apple Account you are signed in with. Non-consumable purchases are restored by Apple with Restore Purchases, using the same Apple Account.
Advertising
The app includes ads provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites they link to.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app in violation of any law, to infringe others’ rights, or to interfere with the app or its services.
Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop offering features or the app at any time. We will try to give notice of significant changes.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, XIONG ZHANZHI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app and in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the developer is established, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept them.
